    At Kindred Family Focus we are currently looking for a Supervised Visitation Program Manager to work out of our office in St. Cloud, MN.

    The Supervised Visitation Program Manager will be responsible for:

    • Provide daily consultation, supervision and oversight to the Visitation program.
    • Participate in the selection, training, ongoing development and performance evaluation of assigned staff.
    • Coordinate all tasks required to meet the needs of counties and families receiving services.
    • Develop and implement individual treatment plans and deliver trauma-informed services to parent coaching cases.
    • Maintain all required documentation and records within established guidelines (i.e. visitation summaries, Parent Coaching Service Plans, and expense records etc.)
    • Participate in program staff and supervision meetings, in-service offerings, and support KFF and Nexus philosophy and mission.
    • Adhere to HIPAA requirements with regard to client, and foster, adoptive and biological families.
    • Perform other job related responsibilities, tasks and projects as needed and/or requested of the position.


    • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related field.
    • Knowledge of family based philosophy and practice is required. Prefer experience in related community based work, working with families, youth, and trauma exposed children and adolescents.
    • Experience working with families and trauma exposed children and adolescents preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency driving requirements and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards.

    • Must be able to meet and remain current in all required certifications/licensures.
