    Ability to perform all tasks related to support the business office of Kindred Family Focus. Maintain client information and billing data, as well as produce reports for financial reporting. Duties include:

    • Coordinate the accounts receivable functions.
    • Assist with various finance reporting requirements.
    • Initiate and respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding accounts receivable
    • Participate in the internal/external audit functions for Kindred Family Focus.
    • Maintain and coordinate the client and census information and Medicaid Reporting
      requirements within Procentive.
    • Ensure confidentiality regarding clients, staff and Kindred Family Focus financial
    • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required by Kindred Family Focus. Understand
      and support the Nexus treatment philosophy and modalities.
    • Assist the Business Office Manager with contracts as directed.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • AA degree plus a minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent of 5 to 7 years of in-depth A/R experience in lieu of education
    • Excellent keyboarding skills required.
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel and familiarity with various accounting software packages required.
    • Valid driver’s license. Must meet state requirements and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards.
