    The Woodbourne Center, a member of the Nexus family of Treatment Programs, is looking for licensed social workers with a genuine ability offer guidance, encouragement and have a desire to help youth and families see positive solutions and opportunities, to join our Treatment Foster Care division.


    TFC provides services to boys and girls, age birth-21, and families in the Baltimore area. As well as an intensive 24-hour psychiatric, therapeutic and clinical environment for young men who need help for serious emotional, behavioral or sexual problems.



    The Clinical Case Manager - TFC, is responsible for providing support to children and families by serving as an advocate for youth, a liaison to other human services and educational agencies, and a co-facilitator of mental health treatment services. Provide ongoing support of youth placed in foster and adoptive homes. Communicate with families, legal systems, schools, mental health providers, probation and social service agencies and provide court testimony as requested. Maintain appropriate documentation and files to support the services that are provided to families.


    Master’s degree in Social Work required, along with an active MSW or LGSW license. Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency driving requirements, maintain auto insurance and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards. Must maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. Must be able to walk, sit, stand, crouch, twist, bend, reach overhead, maneuver stairs and stretch in a manner conducive to the execution of daily activities for a social worker visiting clients in their homes. Must be able to spend a considerable amount of time driving to client locations and transporting clients as needed using one’s own vehicle.
