Kindred Family Focus has an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Outpatient/CTSS Director to develop and grow the agency’s outpatient, school-based and CTSS services, provide leadership and management oversight, and ensure excellence in program compliance, performance and outcomes. This position will cover the state of MN, with an initial, primary focus on the Twin Cities metro area, southern MN and St. Cloud.

Developing program systems, growing program capacity, and implementing all components of the treatment service (individual, family, and group therapy, as well as individual and family skills) and ensuring that services are consistent with evidence informed practices.
Participating as a multi-disciplinary team member in developing and implementing assessments, treatment plans, and strategies that will maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
Participating in the selection, training, supervision and ongoing development and performance evaluation of staff including Mental Health Practitioners, Mental Health Therapists and Regional Mental Health Supervisors.
Managing and monitoring the service delivery and collaborating with coworkers to ensure an emotionally and physically safe environment for clients and one that is also positive, respectful, clean, trauma-informed and therapeutic.
Maintaining appropriate census, as well as site budget/expenses, to ensure the program and agency’s revenue goals are achieved.
Developing and fostering positive relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or other clinically related field required, along with related licensure completed (e.g. LMFT, LICSW, LP or LPCC).
Minimum of 2 years in adolescent counseling and/or outpatient, in-home therapy, or outpatient therapy experience required, plus a minimum of 3 years supervisory or program management experience required.
Must be a Board Approved Supervisor
Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Corporate driving requirements.
Experience working with families and trauma exposed children and adolescents preferred.
Requires infrequent travel via car and airplane to other meeting sites and conferences.
Must use own vehicle and be able to drive in a car for extended periods of time.
