    Kindred Family Focus has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Outpatient and CTSS mental health programs. This position is a work-at-home position, M-F, 8-5, with some flexibility, and requires attendance at a weekly meeting held in our Woodbury office. Must reside within 1 hour of Woodbury, MN.

    Primary responsibilities include providing support to the CTSS Director, Regional Supervisor and professional staff in areas of communication, data management and general office functions. Duties include: clerical support such as answering phones, greeting guests, word processing, accounts receivables, data entry, copying, filing, processing mail, proofreading and other duties as assigned. A large portion of these duties will entail setting up data and tracking systems and efficiency in Excel and Procentive, (electronic medical record software).


    A high school diploma or GED is required. Vocational or Technical/Trade certificate or diploma preferred. Two years office experience preferred.

    Must be trustworthy and able to follow instructions and perform duties without close supervision.

    Candidate must present a positive and professional image to the public and possess strong organizational, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills. In addition, candidate must have the ability to multi-task, in a high paced administrative environment. The ability to respond professionally to interruptions and adapt to unforeseen circumstances as they occur is imperative. Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience with Electronic Health Records, medical billing and Procentive software strongly preferred.

    In addition, the candidate must be knowledgeable in using general office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone systems, etc. This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and utilize various office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, and calculator) on a continual basis. Infrequent lifting of no more than 30 pounds. Must be able to reach, bend, and twist in a manner conducive to an office environment.
